As a Compliance Specialist at Circa Behavioral Healthcare Solutions, I am committed to fostering a culture of integrity, safety, and excellence in behavioral health care. With prior experience as a Compliance Manager, I specialize in ensuring adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards, including DHCS, DSS, and The Joint Commission.
I approach compliance as a strategic foundation for ethical decision-making, sustainable growth, and client-centered care. By developing robust policies, leading internal audits, staff training, incident reporting, and risk management, I help embed accountability and transparency throughout the organization while supporting the dignity and therapeutic progress of every client.
I partner closely with clinical and operational leadership to turn compliance into a driver of continuous improvement and innovation. Currently pursuing my Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), I am dedicated to anticipating challenges, preventing risks, and contributing to a higher standard of care in the behavioral health field.
