Lauren Siegenthaler
Compliance Specialist
Lauren is a Compliance Specialist with extensive experience in behavioral health and risk management. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and, before joining Circa, served in multiple behavioral health and leadership roles. Her passion for risk management began as a wilderness instructor for young people and grew as she advanced through clinical training to become a clinician. This ultimately led to her role as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, supporting multiple levels of care across over eight states. In her current role with National Accounts, Lauren has the privilege of guiding teams as a sturdy leader through the ever-evolving regulatory landscape. She is deeply committed to high-quality, ethical behavioral healthcare and ensuring organizations uphold the highest standards for client and staff safety and well-being. Lauren lives in Wisconsin with her husband and son.
