With over 10 years’ experience working in various roles of behavioral health and substance abuse facilities, Missy has expertise in clinical/medical documentation, quality and compliance, operations, detox and management. Missy has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and is certified as a CADC-III through CCAPP. She is currently an Intern working on her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. Missy’s experience in various roles in leadership and management has led to her philosophy on organizational health being key to ethical management and overall success within an organization. Missy believes wholeheartedly on leading with integrity, honesty, authenticity and courage. She believes that success is driven through relational interactions and commitment to self-care spiritually, mentally and physically on the individual level.
