Stephanie has worked in the behavioral healthcare field for over 5 years with her expertise being in compliance, human resource management and business administration. Stephanie graduated with her Associate Degree from Howard Community College.Stephanie’s experience in the field comes with an understanding of what organizations need to do to pursue excellence. She desires to impact the behavioral health field by modeling and teaching organizations the value of quality care. Stephanie believes that by leading with integrity organizations can impact their employees and the clients seeking their services. Being in personal recovery herself, this has given her a perspective on organizational practices from both the client’s point of view as well as operationally. This background has led to her passion in helping both clients and businesses exceed their goals. It is by being her authentic self that she hopes to inspire others along their journey.
